QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of first Degree in Architecture
MSC Architecture or its equivalent will be an added advantage
Must be registered with an NIA stamp
PMP or Prince 2 Certification, Membership of Project management Institute (PIM)
Must be good in 3DAutoCad, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Architectural Revit; AutoDesktop; Microsoft Office Suites and Photoshop.
He/She most have flair for interiors.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLSMinimum of 3-5 years post graduate experience
Significant project management experience with strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Must be able to multi-task in a high pressure environment and be ready to travel often and at short notice

RESPONSIBILITIESGenerally Supervise the Projects Department and reviewing the drawings with tasks as directed from time to time.
