Broron
Oil & Gas Limited (BOGL) group of companies, known as
Broron Group based in Lagos, Nigeria, provides full range of subsea
services that include diving, ROV services, hookups, subsea
installations,piping services,deepwater production
systems, and supply of deepwater semisubmersible drilling units.
Our
procurement, construction and installation services are offered
primarily to customers with deepwater operations in Nigeria, West
Africa.
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of MD;
- Taking dictation and minutes;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring MD is well-prepared for meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- Deputizing for MD, making decisions and delegating work to others in his/her absence;
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
Academic/Educational Requirements
Minimum of B.SC in Law from a reputable university
Required Skills/Experience:
- At least 1-3 years cognate experience in similar position
- The candidate must have legal background
- Must have secretariat experience
- Should reside in Lekki-VI axis.
- Should be willing to work sometimes on Saturdays.
- Have a polite, helpful manner.
- Be confident and assertive.
- Having a smart appearance is a requirement.
- Be able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
